| How do I use points? |
| > Perka keeps track of your points and lets you know what reward options you have earned. |
| Why did you stop using stamp cards? |
| > Perka provides more reward options for clients. |
| > The client never has to worry about losing their stamp card. |
| > Receive special offer announcements on your Perka app. |
| Can I still use my current stamp cards? |
| > Yes, we will honor your current stamp card until you complete it. Please note that we will discontinue giving out stamp cards once we run out of supply (very soon). |
| Can I convert the stamp card points to Perka points? |
| > Absolutely! We encourage everyone to do so. Anyone who converts their stamp card to the Perka app will receive 10 extra points. Ask the salon manager or receptionist how to convert your reward points. |
| Can I transfer or give away my points to another individual account? |
| > Unfortunately, you cannot. We want to keep it simple; your points, your reward to use on yourself. |
